About Our Values

Over the years, I've worked in small, medium, and large consulting firms and with hundreds of clients, each with their own distinct set of values. While these values were often well-intentioned, the behaviours supporting them didn't always align. The inconsistencies between values and actions left a lasting impression on me.
 
Our values are more than words—they're the foundation of everything we do. They guide our decisions, shape our culture, and consistently reflect how we treat each other and our clients.
 
Our Business is Built on Relationships
Great work starts with great relationships. We're not afraid to have the conversations that matter—even when they're tough—because honesty leads to better outcomes for everyone. Trust isn't just a word for us—it's woven into everything we do. By building trust and being trustworthy, we ensure that neither our clients nor our people are left wondering if the grass might be greener somewhere else.

We take an evidence-based approach to our coaching and leadership work. Simply Coaching is based on the lands of the Wurundjeri people, who are the traditional custodians of this land. We pay our respects to elders, past, present, and emerging, and we recognise their enduring connection to the land and water on which we live, work, and depend. We honor the traditions of innovation, creativity and storytelling, from which there is much to learn.
