Community and Climate Commitment

Introduction

This policy is our pledge to work thoughtfully and carefully, always considering the impact of our actions on the lands we are privileged to be guests upon. We acknowledge and pay our respects to the First Nations peoples, who have cared for these lands and waterways for thousands of years. Their connection to Country inspires us to tread lightly and with care, act with honour, and ensure our actions do no harm.

We are committed to minimising our environmental footprint and supporting the health of our communities. We will actively contribute to making meaningful change by adopting a philosophy of environmental sustainability. Our planet's health and community's well-being are deeply interconnected and central to everything we do.

The aim of our Community and Climate Commitment is to:

  • Take deliberate and meaningful actions within our company to promote environmental sustainability and care for the lands and communities we are part of.

  • Continuously monitor, reflect on, and enhance our environmental practices, ensuring they honor our commitment to tread carefully and act responsibly.

  • Share our environmental initiatives openly and transparently, fostering collaboration and accountability within our team and with the broader community.
