Action Learning for practitioners and specialists at all stages of career

Overview

 
Our Action Learning sets are designed to create a safe and supportive learning environment where participants can openly share challenges, gain insights from diverse experiences, and apply them in practice. 

Over six months, participants will engage in three sets, each focusing on different aspects of professional and personal development. With a small group size of no more than 8 people per set, Kirsty guides the group to co-create a space for meaningful interactions, connection and impactful learning that will influence how you take up your role at work.
 

Action Learning Structure

Enroll

Complete the expression of interest and participate in a 45-minute introductory conversation with Kirsty to discuss your needs and decide whether Action Learning is right for you. If you decide to proceed, you will pay a deposit and materials will be shared to help you orientate and prepare for the start of the Action Learning sets.

Participate

Prepare for each set by thinking about what topics you would like to explore. Attend and participate sharing and supporting other set members. There will be three virtual Action Learning sets, scheduled for alternate months, so you can apply learning and reflect in between sets meeting together.

Maintain

In our final session, we will reflect and capture insights and areas of focus for the future. These reflections will help you continue to apply and integrate the insights and skills gained through Action Learn to maintain your impact, growth and development into the future.

Book in-house Action Learning

Costs, inclusions and scholarships:

 

  • Action Learning costs $1395 AUD.

  • You can pay in full or in up to three instalments. To confirm your place, you will need to pay a deposit or pay in full if you prefer

  • We offer one scholarship per Action Learning set that provides a 50% discount. There are no complicated criteria. All you have to do is signal that you need a scholarship in the expression of interest form.

  • A 45-minute introductory conversation with Kirsty to explore if Action Learning is right for you.

  • An onboarding pack that introduces the concepts underpinning Action Learning and an optional resources list for those who want to delve deeper.

  • 3 x 3-hour virtual Action Learning sets.

  • 1 x 1-hour reflection session to consolidate your learning with Kirsty and a guest who will share their experience of building a career in your practice area.

  • 10% off any other Simply Coaching services.

  • A certificate of participation that you can use for other accreditations.
