ACTION LEARNING

About

For the past fifteen years, Kirsty has worked with groups, teams, and organisations using Action Learning to develop awareness and reflective practice that leads to personal and professional growth.

"When I first came across Action Learning as a participant many years ago, I experienced first-hand the power of having a safe space to reflect and think about how I enacted my role at work. The process helped me explore my assumptions about myself and other people, the unintended consequences of my choices, and how to engage with the multiple perspectives shared by other set members. While creating new awareness might sound soft and fluffy, it was anything but.

I learned how to translate my reflections and insights into actions that helped me solve problems and experiment with new ideas or ways of working that I could never have imagined alone. Ever since, I have been creating spaces where others can experience similar growth.

In each Action Learning set, we work with what's important to set members and the group's emergent dynamics creating a powerful way to reflect and learn about how you learn and work with others. And I look forward to participating in this learning experience with you."
