More people are consulting 'life coaches' than ever before. Organisations are replacing traditional performance management approaches with performance coaching, and investing in team coaching so teams achieve high performance quickly. However, as the number of coaches grows, so does the complexity for people who want coaching. There is a flood of information, with coaching companies and individual coaches all describing the next new thing for you to try.
 

Kirsty brings a wealth of experience to the coaching table. With a track record of over fifteen years coaching in the UK and Australia, she practices her core belief that the best coaching is simple, safe, and appropriately challenging. Kirsty also takes this philosophy into her coaching programs and advisory work. Through practice, she has found that when we create space for people to do break through thinking - they usually do. 

Our Difference

Working Simply

While we know and understand various diagnostic tools, our experience shows that true insight and meaningful change happens when we have the conversation that needs to be had. Tools can help, but we tend to work without them if possible. Emergent data and information in the coaching relationship typically provides plenty for us to work with. 

Avoiding Dependency

We believe that people are experts of their own lives and worlds. And our role is to find ways to work together that generates insights, creativity, awareness, clarity and problem solving skills that already exist. For most people a long term coaching relationship is not the right solution, what they need is coaching for now and then time to apply learning.

Accessing Services

Most of our clients come through referrals, as it ensures we work with people committed to growing and participating in the coaching process. We also hold a consultation conversation with you before coaching starts to ensure we're the right coaches for you. If not, we are happy to refer you to others who may be a better match.
