Kirsty has been coaching for fifteen years, helping people unlock their potential and achieve their goals. Coaching can boost self-awareness, enhance performance, and develop the skills to overcome challenges.

"Over the years, I have worked with hundreds of people—from new leaders to seasoned professionals and everyone in between—and witnessed the transformative power of coaching.

Coaching offers lots of benefits, including enhancing reflective practice, problem framing and solving, deep listening skills and asking better questions. Perhaps most importantly, in a world full of distractions and opinions, it is time for you to think and chart your own course. Coaching works best when we co-create a space for reflection and purposeful action. My experience has taught me that in the right environment, people often find the resources within themselves to achieve their goals and make meaningful progress.

During coaching sessions, I use a blend of techniques tailored to your needs. These include active listening, powerful questioning, and reflective practice to create clarity and insight. In all cases, we design and then do the work that needs to be done.

Most of our clients come through referrals, and we always start with a conversation to understand your needs and explore if we are the right match. Ideal for those seeking quick guidance or tackling a specific issue. One hour might not seem very long but you will be amazed at how much progress you can make when we focus in the right way.

 Great for achieving goals or addressing ongoing challenges where you might need to delve deeper ensuring sustained progress and impact over time with a support structure in place.

Coaching Over Time

Designed for longer-term personal and professional growth with an emphasis on reflective practice, so you can continuously assess, adapt, and improve your strategies and actions to achieve long-term goals.
