Our courses can be taken as stand alone modules or as a pathway to accreditation with the International Coaching Federation. In either case, our courses assist you to have extraordinary coaching conversations by providing you with information, tips, and strategies that help you improve your coaching skills and have more effective coaching conversations.
Coaching is currently a de-regulated industry, meaning anyone can call themselves a coach. If you want to set yourself apart from others and demonstrate a thorough understanding of coaching competencies and a commitment to ethical guidelines - accreditation can identify you as a professional with education and experience to attract and work with coaching clients. On the other hand, if you are integrating coaching skills into another role accreditation might not be right for you.
