Transforming Conversations is the foundation to becoming an excellent coach. Join a group of like-minded people who share your passion for mastering coaching skills and learning to coach at the highest level. The coaching industry is growing, and with more 'life' coaches than ever before, it's vital to master the coaching skills that will make you an excellent coach and leader. On Transforming Conversations you will learn to coach by coaching. You will learn just enough supporting theory, get lots of practice through our coaching intensives and connect, learn, share and receive feedback in a supportive environment. This all-in-one approach will make you an exceptional coach whether you are starting a career as a coach or integrating a coaching style into your role. Logistics: Each session is two hours and times are in AEST (evening Melbourne and morning UK). Block 1: Focuses on developing 'pure coaching skills' so you can nail the craft of coaching. Block 2: Explores how to integrate coaching into your role as a leader, manager, HR business partner, designer and other roles. By the end you will know how and when to use your coaching skills to have terrific conversations that are future focused and optimistic. Each block closes with a Coaching Intensive where you can practice your coaching skills and get lots of feedback from the group.
