Our course is designed around the principles of how adults learn best, and each live online session comprises theory, practice, feedback, and reflection. You will also participate in a coaching session with one of our accredited coaches so you will be crystal clear on next steps.

Why is accreditation so important anyway?

COACHING IS AN EMERGING INDUSTRY, AND AS YET, IS LARGELY UNREGULATED.
THIS MEANS ANYONE - EVEN SOMEONE WITH LITTLE, TO NO TRAINING CAN CALL
THEMSELVES A COACH. 

ICF is the gold standard of coach training and accreditation. Working with an ICF accredited coach reassures your future clients that you are appropriately trained, experienced and receiving the necessary supervision to keep yourself and your clients safe by working to ethical standards described by the ICF.

We strongly believe that only the highest quality training can produce the highest quality coaches. All of our trainers are practicing coaches and ICF accredited. This means you get access to the best and most current thinking on coaching practice.

During your training, you will master essential coaching skills and develop a deep understanding of what coaching is, your responsibilities as a coach and how to coach using the ICF Core Competencies so that your clients receive extraordinary coaching.

As well as mastering the core coaching skills you will also be introduced to the Code of Ethics and understand ethical standards you need to maintain in your new coaching career. The ICF Core Competencies & Code of Ethics is integrated into all aspects of our work together and will be something you will be referring back to as you progress through the coach training course.

You will learn a coaching model that is the foundation to your practice, providing you and your clients with structure, clarity and direction.

HOW IS THE PROGRAM DELIVERED?

Entirely online, no travel required

The entire program is delivered live online so that you can participate from home or work.
We will share the training manual, journal and other resources before the course starts.
 
Rather than digitise our content, we deliver all training hours live online.
We know our students learn best when they can speak with experienced coaches, practice and apply learning in the moment. We will also pair you with a learning buddy for check-ins and support throughout the program. You will also receive a one-hour coaching session with an accredited coach to experience high-quality coaching. 
We will work together for two hours each week for twelve weeks. In each session, we will work through theory, application and feedback for each module. At the middle and the end of the course, we will also have two coaching intensives to apply all you have learnt in longer practice sessions. Each participant will receive written feedback with focus areas for improvement. 
 
Remember becoming an exceptional coach with a growing client list is not a quick win.
Time, energy and commitment now will be returned with repeat clients who are happy to recommend you to others.
